In the past, Social Scientists Without Borders has been engaged in projects and collaborations with other organisations to develop programs aimed at providing innovative solutions to combat pressing social issues in the developing world today. Below is a brief overview of past SSWB projects.

Global Video Exchange Program

Not everyone has the opportunity to travel or participate in global exchange or citizen diplomacy programs. Social Scientists Without Borders and World Partners for Development are committed to promoting cross-cultural learning. Our innovative Global Cross-Cultural Exchange Program links people from different cultures around the world to exchange their viewpoints on a range of topics through a live face-to-face interactive video conferencing and international community visits. Read more…

Solar Light for Remote Schoolchildren

Education is a very powerful tool to break the cycle of poverty and through our Solar Light Program we aim to ‘light up the lives’ of hundreds of rural school-children in Ghana so that they can study at night and further their educations and further their futures. Read more…
